M y name is Bond, James Bond … ! Never would we have expected that Lake Garda could be the setting for an episode of the famous movie series. Yes, even Lake Garda will set the scene for the new 007 - James Bond next April: Quantum of Solace. Rumour has it that there will be chases at 200 km per hour in the Malcesine -Tempesta Tunnel and also breathtaking fight scenes on the cableway to Monte Baldo. We won’t miss it for sure!

Saturday May 24, 2008 is competition day for Skytriathlon: the three disciplines of Triathlon (swimming, biking, and running) will compete all over Garda- Trentino, but in an unusual pattern along a route that runs across the Lake, plunges into dirt roads sunken in nature and climbs high up the mountains.
